Its sound simple yet it could one of the hardest things to say or even receive from those who offended us or we offend. I am sorry is the start of an open conversation even in prayer with the Lord, so why is it so hard to say?.

Saying sorry does not mean you give up your wellbeing. You can say I am sorry from a distance and reclaim your wellbeing.
