There seems to be a trauma of lock down that has gripped many in thoughts and speech and l hear and understand that, but many are confessing with their own mouths the coming of a second lock down but lest we forget words are spirit, lets be quick to dismiss the negative. At times we are our own enemy with our words!.
Thinking about the past five months, I've asked myself and so might many of us every question regarding the future of businesses, employment, health, the society and impact on family and lives during and post lock down. Much pain has run under the water with lost lives and livelihoods. I believe firmly that, life is the key to rising hope. Amidst it all, there are still blessings around us and certainly new ways and ideas. He is the undercover and present shield.
God has us covered even from uncertain climates such as this. His the umbrella covering during this time.
The Lord reminded me in this scripture.
Zechariah 2 "For I, said the LORD, will be to her a wall of fire round about, and will be the glory in the middle of her" .
The Lord instructed Nehemiah to built a wall to protect the people of Jerusalem shielding them from there enemies. Far from walls around us, his protection goes far deeper than the eye sees. Deeper than unseen enemies. The invisible protection of God is very alive today. His protection over us is mighty and even stronger than any physical fired walls because he is the one shielding us past the physical elements - it goes far deeper than the visible. That means that, our shut doors in our homes are good but the ring of fire is deeper and spiritually more necessary than the physical protection he blessed us with.
The Lord says, he is the unseen wall of fire around us protecting day in and day out. Glory to God! His plans for us shall manifest in Jesus name.
I pray that, the Lord's unseen and powerful protection continues over his people in Jesus name.
